Where do I start?

For most first-time clients we schedule a Deep Clean of the space for $300.  Once we’ve completed the Deep Clean, we provide a quote for weekly, biweekly or monthly depending what you are interested in. Reoccurring services are less expensive as they are considered upkeep.

What if I have special requests for the cleaning?

We strive to provide a customized experience tailored to your needs. If you have any special requests for the cleaning, please don't hesitate to inform us ahead of time. We will prioritize specific areas you request, within our capability.

Do I need to supply my own cleaning products?

We come fully equipped with all the necessary supplies to ensure your space shines after our service. However, if you have specific preferences or would like to provide your own cleaning products, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs.

How long do cleanings take?

Our cleaning services are scheduled based on the type requested. Deep Cleans are allotted 3 hours, Standard Cleans around 2 hours, and other packages vary depending on your space's size. 

When and how do I pay for my cleaning?

We kindly ask that payment be made on the day of the cleaning, prior to its completion. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for both parties. We accept most payment options except credit + debit cards.

Should I tip after a cleaning?

Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the cleaning results and the overall service experience. If you feel that our team has gone above and beyond to meet your expectations, a gratuity is certainly welcomed as a token of appreciation for their hard work.
